Why prefer cow milk over buffalo milk for urban consumption?
As a part of urban lifestyle, our fat intake is higher as compared to fat burn rate (via exercise). Buffalo milk is high in fat content (7.5) as compared to cow milk (4.3), and so it should be avoided.
The average human body temperature is 37.2 degrees. Since the melting point of cow milk saturated fats (37 degrees) is lower than buffalo milk (40 degrees), it is easily digestible by the body.
